    What "Central Contact point" is?

    Pursuant to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/1108, when a payment service provider (PSP) or an e-money institution headquartered in another EU member state operates in Italy through forms other than a branch - for example, through agents or affiliates - and exeeds either:

    10 establishments

    or

    annual transaction volume exeeding 3 milion euros

    it is required to appoint a Central Contact Point (CCP) in Italy.
